Guide Advice

Prefer layered clothing (you may sweat while walking and feel cold when stopping). Your shoes should be suitable for walking (soil, rock, mud, water, etc.). High-top boots or sports shoes are recommended, and you should have a small backpack (your hands should be free while walking). We remind you to be sure to bring spare clothes, socks and shoes; we are happy to host you on our tours.
