After the extra breakfast in the morning, we arrive in Kavala. During our panoramic city tour of Kavala, we see the Aqueduct, the Harbour, the Castle, 19th-century Neoclassical buildings, Pangaion, the Old and New Town, and the Acropolis, after which we give free time for lunch. After meeting at the time determined by our guide, we head to Drama, famous for its Christmas Markets. After a journey of approximately 40 minutes, we reach Drama, the largest settlement in Eastern Macedonia, which remained under Ottoman rule for 551 years. In the city, which stands out with its historic fabric and unique atmosphere, we explore Oneiroupolis (City of Dreams), the Christmas events set up in an area that has been used as a park since the Ottoman period. Prepared every year during the Christmas season with the contributions of municipal teams and volunteers, this special organization offers visitors unforgettable moments with its colorful decorations, dazzling displays and fairytale themes. In the event area, which appeals to both children and adults, we have the opportunity to closely experience the Christmas spirit during the free time given by our guide. We enjoy the magical atmosphere of the New Year by touring sections with different themes such as the Santa Claus House, Fairytale House, Elf Workshops and Adventure House. After the pleasant free time in Drama, we meet at the time and place specified by our guide and head to our hotel in Thessaloniki. Optionally, those of our guests who wish may head to a Taverna night with us. After the Taverna night, where we will experience Thessaloniki's regional dishes accompanied by live music, we return to our hotel.
