This website ("Site") is operated by GNR Seyahat Dan. Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şti. ("GNR Turizm", "Company" or "We"), located at Kültür Mah. Spor Sok. No:4/Z4 Merkez / DÜZCE. This text ("Privacy Agreement") has been prepared for our valued users and visitors regarding the privacy of your data and the management of the Site, and may be changed by GNR Turizm from time to time. We recommend that you review this text when you visit the Site.

1. Security of User Account

For the security of your membership account, do not share the username and password you registered with on the Site with anyone. When creating your password, we recommend using a combination of numbers, letters and special characters that is unique to you and cannot be easily guessed by others. Sharing your password or user information with third parties, or allowing these details to fall into the hands of third parties, may enable third parties to control important data such as your user information and reservation information. In such a case, we remind you that you are responsible for all actions carried out through your user account. Accordingly, legally binding transactions carried out by others on your behalf may be attributed to you. If the security of your password is compromised for any reason, you should change your password.

2. Use of Your Personal Data

You may share your personal data with us while visiting the Site or when you become a member and make a reservation.

The presence of links to such sites or web applications on this Site, or their content or the policies they follow, does not mean that they have been approved by GNR Turizm, and we cannot be held responsible for these applications.

We take the administrative and technical measures necessary to protect the personal data you share with the Site against unauthorized access and disclosure, and in this regard we use many tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.).

If we need to share your data with third parties, we act in accordance with laws and regulations, particularly the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Your credit card information is never stored on the Site; it is only securely transmitted to the relevant banks during the payment process to obtain authorization, and is deleted from the system after authorization.
